FINDEWAL Sp. z o.o. is a technology company founded in 2014 that has dedicated itself to the production of machines and devices to serve industry and transportation needs. Some of its activities include designing prototypes for electromechanical systems controlled by processors, conducting research and development (R&D) on electric motors for vehicles, and modernizing security systems in vehicles and machines. The company also carries out energy audits and recruits qualified workers for employment in the industrial sector. Finally, it designs and deploys security systems for the transportation of valuable goods. FINDEWAL‘s flagship product is the Track’A’Truck system.

Track'A'Truck

One of the greatest challenges in the transportation of valuable goods is guaranteeing safe and secure travel and delivery. That’s where we come in.

Track’A’Truck is an innovative, secure, and reliable system that protects goods transported by land. Three synchronized and complementary channels of data transmission ensure greater control over both the vehicle and the goods it carries. They also greatly reduce the risk of losing contact with the vehicle and the driver en route when compared with similar systems on the market today. It consists of three modules: security, mobile storage, and logistics.

  • reliable
  • three channels of data transmission
  • greater control over goods and vehicle
  • lower risk of losing goods
  • fully compatible with autonomous vehicles

Track’A’Truck allows you to see all of the trucks in your fleet in real time, wherever they may be.

Module 1 — security

The Security module is the core and most important building block of the Track’A’Truck system. It consists of five components that interact with each other.

Cloud

CloudCloud

The cloud is the heart of the Track’A’Truck system. Managed by the Track’A’Truck team, it oversees all of the information flows about the vehicles under its care. It can be accessed by the freight forwarding company responsible for a given fleet, the monitoring center, and the owner of the goods. The information available through the app is limited to the user’s fleet, and the app is secured via VPN. The cloud allows the user to monitor the location of the vehicle and its parameters. It also enables two-way communication with the driver without the need to make a phone call. It is equipped with a diagnostics and self-repair system that verifies that each element is operating correctly, identifies errors, and restarts the system, if needed.

Trackers

TrackersTrackers

The Track’A’Truck system is equipped with two transmitters that communicate with each other and provide each other’s backup system. Data is transmitted dynamically between the two trackers, depending on the parameters of the vehicle – transmissions can be as frequent as every few seconds. The transmitters collect information in real time on the vehicle and its route (location, speed, etc.) and send it to the cloud-based app. If communication with the cloud is lost, the trackers continue to work offline, collecting information in real time and uploading it to the cloud the moment the connection is restored. If one of the trackers is jammed, the other informs the cloud-based app of a possible threat. If the GSM signal is interrupted for a prolonged period, satellite data transmission takes over. This kind of data transmission is always at the ready.

The trackers come equipped with a diagnostics and self-repair system that verifies whether the components are working correctly, detects errors, and automatically restarts the tracker in case of need.

Locker

LockerLocker

Locker is an electronic system that is in charge of opening and blocking the truck’s hold (also remotely). It consists of a brand new bolt model equipped with its own controls and motor, and can be operated either by keyboard or remotely, with the appropriate permissions.

Alternate semi-trailer power supply

The Track’A’Truck system is equipped with a dedicated solution that provides an additional source of power. If the semi-trailer loses its primary source of power, this component enables it to continue communicating with the cloud-based app and transmitting data about the vehicle’s location.

Tablet (optional)

TabletTablet

The tablet is an optional component of the Track’A’Truck system, but significantly improves its functionality and operability. It is linked to the trackers as well as the cloud-based app, and its base station is located in the driver’s cabin. The tablet allows the user to conduct safety tests prior to departure and facilitates real-time reporting about the current state of the system as well as the vehicle itself while it is en route. It also allows the driver to transmit information about current conditions on the road as well as potential dangers (traffic, detours, rest stops, robbery attempts, etc.). The tablet also boasts a comprehensive navigation system and allows the user to operate the Mobile Storage.

Module 2 — mobile storage (optional)

Module 2 — mobile storageModule 2 — mobile storage

The Mobile Storage module is an optional component of the Track’A’Truck system. It allows the user to actively manage shipments that require a lower level of security. It optimizes shipment logistics by enabling the user to load additional goods from other orders in the course of carrying out an order, as long as it does not cause significant delays or greatly increase the distance the truck is expected to cover. While en route, the driver receives information on his tablet regarding nearby waypoints where he can pick up additional goods and deliver them to new clients. This module can help an operator use their fleet more effectively and efficiently.

Module 3 — logistics (optional)

Module 3 — logisticsModule 3 — logistics

The Logistics module is an optional component of the Track’A’Truck system. It allows the user to view and curate shipments, manage their fleet, assemble and manage their team, and prepare vehicles for transport.
